All you need do is place them in the template during the injection or extrusion moulding process. No need to worry about the label image quality either. Our offset rotation press prints in maximum seven colours to ensure that your packaging stands out from other packaging on the shelves.

Because the label and plastic mould actually fuse together during the manufacturing process this type of packaging is very scratch and moisture resistant, and particularly resistant to large temperature fluctuations. Ideal in fact for frozen and cooled products such as margarine and ice cream, but also eminently suitable for paint packaging, bread boxes or other packaging types.

Moreover, we are one of the few packaging specialists who are able to provide your labels with an additional transparent laminate layer for additional gloss and strength. Thanks to this unique process, your labels will not fade easily, and will be resistant to scratches.
